Marketing Analyst – Job Description

Experience Required: 2–5 years

Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Analyst who can track, analyze, and interpret marketing performance across channels. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve campaign performance and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze performance of marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
  • Track key metrics such as traffic, conversions, CPA, ROI, and engagement
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
  • Work closely with paid ads, social media, and content teams
  • Provide data-backed recommendations to improve performance
  • Monitor user behavior and funnel performance
  • Assist in A/B testing and performance evaluation

Required Skills & Tools

  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and reporting tools
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and tracking setup
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.)
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and attribution models
  • Basic knowledge of SQL (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
