Duration: 9-Month Contract
As a Marketing Analyst/Coordinator for the TV Product Marketing team, you will act as a central PMO (Project Management Office) lead, driving operational excellence and strategic support for our TV and accessories business. This role is critical in bridging the gap between Integrated Marketing, Sales, and SCM teams to ensure we meet our monthly and quarterly targets. You will manage complex data inputs, coordinate cross-functional projects, and support the overall Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for a global leader in home entertainment.
PMO & Project Coordination: Support the TV Product Marketing team by managing project plans, tracking deadlines, and ensuring seamless communication between Sales, SCM, and Marketing.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Consolidate and analyze data for weekly SCM slides, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and LLP (Long-Range Plan) reporting.
Marketing Operations: Coordinate with PR and Integrated Marketing teams to support the development of creative assets, PDP (Product Detail Page) updates, and advertising policies.
Market Intelligence: Conduct research on competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights on market share and business impact.
Sales & SCM Support: Assist in sales forecasting and strategic planning to optimize profitability. Manage ATS (Available-to-Sell) and monitor aging inventory.
Administrative Excellence: Handle essential operations, including vendor contract execution, internal approval submissions (GERP/system-based), and scheduling high-priority meetings.
An Analytical Thinker: You can process multiple data streams and turn them into clear, executive-ready outputs.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or business analysis.
Technical Skills:
Advanced MS Office: High proficiency in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (deck creation for executive leadership).
Familiarity with SCM/Inventory management principles.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to navigate complex internal organizations.
Logistics: Must be able to work 5 days a week fully onsite.
