Job Description

The Marketing Analyst for Digital & Integrated Marketing is part of the go-to-market team that is responsible for executing day-to-day marketing strategies and performing continual analysis to drive company growth. This position is part of the Rally House NCAA and Local Marketing Team, which seeks to enhance the company’s online presence and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Supports all marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social, digital, paid, etc.) to drive brand awareness, conversions, and incremental revenue to both online and stores.
  • Executes the department’s strategies for marketing campaigns; budget pacing, taxonomy and ad copy optimization, and testing strategy to ensure efficient and effective delivery of campaigns.
  • Maximizes performance in appropriate platforms (Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
  • Partners with internal teams to maximize on-site and in-store traffic and revenue.
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to execute growth strategies and support for ongoing company efforts and initiatives.
  • Supports all performance marketing operational needs (ad hoc reporting, updating dashboards, setting up tracking, campaign optimizations, campaign build outs, etc.)
  • Assists the development, curation, and deployment of compelling content to attract, engage and retain visitors and promote sales.
  • Support strong growth of stores with innovative digital campaigns.
  • Supports agency and vendor relationships, partnering to execute short-term and long-term strategies.

Skills and Knowledge

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of team, Effective communication and interpersonal skills., Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) suites and CAD programs, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Takes initiative and delivers results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. 2-4 years of professional experience in digital marketing. Experience with email and digital marketing, social media management, and Google Analytics.

Physical Requirements: Work is typically performed in an office but projects may sometimes take the employee to a non-standard workplace; Requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards; Must have ability to lift and carry small parcels, packages and other items up to 25lbs, and walk short distances.
