About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Marketing Analytics Intern to join our Marketing team. This role is best suited for recent graduates who are eager to build hands-on experience in marketing analytics, campaign measurement, and performance tracking. You will work closely with our team to analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze data across digital marketing channels (social media, website, email, paid ads, etc.).
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor campaign performance and KPIs.
- Support the marketing team by identifying trends and recommending optimizations.
- Conduct competitor and market research to benchmark marketing efforts.
- Assist in evaluating ROI of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare clear reports and presentations to share insights with the team.
- Handle ad-hoc analysis as required.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of marketing performance metrics (CTR, CAC, ROI, conversion rate, etc.).
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, or SEO tools is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time during the internship period.
