Marketing and Ads Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing & Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of paid advertising, content strategy, lead generation, and brand promotion to help grow our online presence and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for maximum ROI and lead generation.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Create engaging ad copies, captions, and promotional content.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage social media marketing activities and scheduling.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, sales teams, and content creators for campaign execution.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and advertising trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and paid advertising.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media marketing tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and analytics tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Graphic designing basics (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Video marketing and content creation knowledge.
