Charette Cosmetics is a fast-paced, luxury aesthetics medical spa dedicated to providing cutting-edge treatments and medical-grade products. We are seeking a dynamic and highly versatile Marketing & Brand Designer to join our Atlanta team.

Job Summary

This is a critical Onsite role requiring a proactive individual to manage projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for defining the brand’s visual identity, designing all marketing assets (print and digital), and executing the social media strategy for our corporate brand and 15+ providers. The ideal candidate is a hands-on "doer" capable of switching seamlessly between designing product packaging, filming and editing daily video content, and managing complex e-commerce promotions.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Graphic Design

• Brand Guardian: Act as the lead guardian, ensuring all creative assets for both corporate and 15+ providers are consistent with brand guidelines.
• Collateral Design: Conceptualize and design all digital and print marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, business cards, email templates, and in-office digital displays.
• Packaging Design: Lead the end-to-end design for all product packaging, from initial concept to liaising with external manufacturers.
• Design all assets for brand collaborations, partnerships, and special events.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Manage the content calendar, strategy, and daily execution across all channels for 15+ provider and brand accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Filming & Editing: Independently film, edit, and produce all social media video content, including daily Reels and Stories.
• Analyze social media performance and lead monthly meetings to coach providers on content strategy and growth.

E-commerce & Marketing Operations

• Implement and manage all promotions, sales, and creative banners on the Shopify e-commerce platform and main company website.
• Manage and create all promotions within the Zenoti booking system, including engineering tracking methods for performance analysis.
• Design and execute email and $\text{MMS}$ marketing campaigns for promotions and special announcements.
• Troubleshoot e-commerce integrations (e.g., TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop) to ensure seamless functionality.

Project & Vendor Coordination

• Manage relationships with external vendors, including sourcing new local printers and managing the quote and production process.
• Collaborate with all internal stakeholders and providers to ensure marketing and brand alignment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: 3–5+ years of professional experience in graphic design and digital marketing, preferably in the beauty, aesthetics, or luxury space.
• Software Mastery is a Must: Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and tools like CapCut and Figma.
• Video Production: Proven experience in video production (filming and editing) for social media (Reels, TikTok) is essential.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and marketing automation (Zenoti or similar $\text{CRM}$).
• Demonstrable experience in product packaging design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of brand, print, and digital video work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $59,500.00 per year
