Visual Designer (Junior Level) - Hybrid in Atlanta

We're seeking a Visual Designer who's passionate about crafting responsive, human-centered experiences. This is a freelance-to-full-time opportunity, working 40 hours/week with 3-4 days onsite in the Atlanta office.

What You'll Do

• Design responsive interfaces that work beautifully across devices
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to elevate user experiences
• Build and publish marketing pages directly in Framer
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and usability insights
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Show responsive design across screen sizes
• Include detailed case studies (not just visuals-show your thinking!)
• Clearly outline your role and problem-solving approach
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• Figma proficiency - fast prototyping and refinement
• Strong graphic design chops - polished visuals, icons, layouts
• Adobe Creative Suite Certification - solid foundation in design tools
• Framer experience - ability to design and publish responsive pages
• Solid grasp of UX/UI principles, usability, and accessibility
• Ability to take feedback and iterate without ego
• Formal design education is required unless you have extensive experience
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or Brand Design
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries
• Portfolio from a top-tier design program
• Startup experience-adaptable, creative, and resourceful
  
  

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
