Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Al Rafee Development Company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in the construction and fit-out industry within the Qatari market. This role is critical to expanding our client base and ensuring the continued growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, upcoming projects, and industry trends in the construction and fit-out sector in Qatar.
  • Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop effective strategies for business acquisition.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients, including developers, contractors, consultants, and government entities.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and industry events to promote our services.
  • Proposal Development and Negotiation:
  • Collaborate with the technical and project teams to prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and bids tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements.
  • Marketing and Brand Promotion:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's services in the construction and fit-out industry.
  • Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials, manage social media presence, and ensure consistent branding.
  • Reporting and Coordination:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project leads, and sales activities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on business development activities, pipeline progress, and market insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the construction or fit-out industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Qatari construction market, including regulations, key players, and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
