Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Intern to join our team. This paid internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and strategic planning within a fast-paced business environment. Duties

  • Assist with researching potential clients and market segments using CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic business plans to identify new opportunities.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and campaigns to promote company services.
  • Help maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure data accuracy.
  • Participate in sales calls, meetings, and negotiations alongside senior team members.
  • Support project management activities related to business expansion initiatives.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with marketing and sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Strong interest in business development, sales, negotiation, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and customer relationship management practices.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute within a team environment. This internship provides valuable exposure to key aspects of business growth strategies and professional development opportunities for aspiring business professionals.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
