Marketing and Communication Manager

  • Liaison with Marketing Agencies: Serve as the main point of contact between the company and external marketing agencies, ensuring timely communication, coordination, and alignment with company goals.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive business growth, and promote Company’s products and services.
  • Campaign Management: Manage marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, etc.) from concept to execution, ensuring they are effective, within budget, and meet key performance indicators.
  • Content Creation & Management: Develop and curate engaging content for marketing materials, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media presence, ensuring regular updates, interaction with the audience, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
  • Branding & Corporate Identity: Ensure consistency in branding and corporate identity across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of corporate events, trade shows, and product launches to enhance brand visibility.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and generate detailed reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • This Job Requires Travelling as per Business Need.
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 3 – 5 years in marketing, preferably in the agriculture or technology sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and content management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and campaign performance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
