Marketing and Communication Manager

Role Purpose

Support the Marketing Director in executing high-impact communication strategies for

Cornerstone’s projects. The role focuses on campaign rollout, content development, and ensuring

all marketing outputs are aligned with brand positioning and sales objectives.


Key Responsibilities

• Execute communication plans across all project phases (pre-launch, launch, post-launch)

• Translate project concepts, masterplans, and lifestyle vision into compelling messaging

• Manage and coordinate 360° campaigns (Digital, Social, OOH, TVCs, Events)

• Oversee development of all marketing assets (key visuals, videos, brochures, landing pages)

• Brief and manage external agencies (creative, media, production)

• Develop sales enablement tools (decks, scripts, FAQs, offer messaging)

• Align with Sales team on messaging performance and lead feedback

• Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity

• Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, BD, HR) for accurate communication outputs

• Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations


Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing / Communications

• Real estate experience is a strong plus

• Experience managing campaigns and agencies

• Strong storytelling and content development skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
