We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our growing team. You will be the voice of our beloved brands, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales growth. You will bridge the gap between our high-quality products and our diverse consumer base, telling our story in a way that resonates and inspires.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Management & Strategy:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication plans for our portfolio of dairy and juice brands.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitor activity, and identify new opportunities in the Dubai/UAE FMCG landscape.
- Define key brand messages, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage the brand identity, including packaging design and product positioning.
2. Digital Marketing & Social Media:
- Develop and manage the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) with engaging content (recipes, health tips).
- Execute digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and content marketing
3. Traditional Marketing & ATL/BTL Activities:
- Plan and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) activations in hypermarkets, supermarkets, and local stores (e.g., Carrefour, Lulu, Spinneys).
- Coordinate with agencies for Above-the-Line (ATL) campaigns, including radio, print, and outdoor advertising (billboards, bus shelters).
- Organize and manage in-store promotions, tastings, and merchandising to drive point-of-sale influence.
4. Public Relations & Communications:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, food bloggers, and influencers.
- Manage corporate communications, including internal newsletters and stakeholder updates.
- Handle any potential PR issues with professionalism and a proactive approach.
5. Content Creation & Management:
- Create compelling and high-quality content—including copy, photography, and video—that highlights the freshness, quality, and health benefits of our products.
- Develop a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, seasonal trends (e.g., Ramadan, summer), and product launches.
6. Event Management:
- Plan and execute participation in relevant trade shows, community fairs, and health & wellness events.
- Organize corporate events and product launch events.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the FMCG, Food & Beverage, or health/wellness industry in UAE.
- Digital Savvy: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- PR Skills: Experience in media relations and a solid understanding of the UAE media landscape.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop strategies based on market insights and translate them into actionable plans.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English is essential. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Personal Attributes: A self-starter, highly organized, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and a genuine passion for food and health.
