Marketing and Communications Coordinator - UAE National

Join Fugro as a Marketing and Communications Coordinator. We are looking for a UAE national with strong communication skills to support our Regional Communication and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Communication team in generating annual communication plans, implementing them, and monitoring associated progress. Report against KPIs and provide relevant monthly reports related to Share of Voice (SOV).
• Develop communication tools and content for marketing programmes, including social media posts, articles, case studies, and brochures. Prepare materials for publication in coordination with the Regional Marketing Manager and other internal stakeholders, following the agreed-upon process.
• Organise conferences and events, both internally and externally, including coordinating booth construction, messaging, team coordination, client invitations, and other related activities.
• Work closely with the MEI business development and commercial teams to provide market and customer trend analysis. Competitor intelligence may also be included.
• Use internal communication channels to promote relevant internal and external news in line with regional plans and priorities.
• Develop effective working relationships with stakeholders across the business and functions.

Requirements

• Must be a UAE national with a Family Book.
• Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, or a similar field.
• Highly motivated and proactive individual with a strong passion for communications and a commitment to continuous learning.
