Marketing and Communications Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to lead and oversee all marketing initiatives and external communications across the organization. This role is critical in ensuring cohesive brand messaging, strengthening market presence, and driving business growth within the piping manufacturing sector.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing targeted marketing strategies, supporting sales and commercial objectives, and translating technical product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for customers and stakeholders.

Role Summary

The Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing integrated marketing and communications activities that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and market penetration. The role involves close collaboration with Sales, Production, and Senior Management, as well as active engagement with external partners, media, and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s piping products in target markets.
  • Lead branding initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, credibility, and customer loyalty.
  • Create and manage content across multiple platforms, including the website, brochures, newsletters, presentations, and social media.
  • Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, customer events, and industry forums to enhance product visibility.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Product teams to align marketing campaigns with business development and tendering objectives.
  • Manage digital marketing activities, including website optimization, SEO, and social media campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, industry partners, consultants, distributors, and advertising agencies.
  • Prepare press releases, media kits, and external communications to ensure consistent and professional brand messaging.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with company branding guidelines and technical standards.

Internal & External Interactions

Internal:

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Engineering, and Senior Management to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with business goals.

External:

  • Engage with consultants, contractors, distributors, industry associations, event organizers, media, and third-party vendors to support campaigns and promote the company’s value proposition.

What We’re Looking For

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environments.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
  • Proven experience managing technical content and product marketing in a B2B setting.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills for both technical and commercial audiences.
  • Ability to translate complex technical features into clear, customer-focused messaging.
  • Working knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) is an advantage.
  • Understanding of industry trends, customer segmentation, and project/tender-driven markets.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is preferred.
