Marketing and Community Outreach Manager

Job Overview
Luma Dental Clinic is a startup practice set to open this summer in Raleigh, NC. We are building our presence from the ground up and looking for someone who is excited to be part of that growth. We are in search of a Community Marketing & Outreach Manager to help build our presence in the local community.

This is a hands-on, execution-driven role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, outgoing, and ready to build relationships, attend events, and drive real growth. In this role, you will be expected to be out in the community, representing the brand and creating opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local marketing and outreach strategies
• Attend community events and build local partnerships
• Connect with businesses and organizations in the area
• Represent the brand at events and networking opportunities
• Create and run promotions to attract new patients.
• Conduct basic market research and identify opportunities
• Assist with marketing materials and social media including content creation.
• Track results and adjust efforts as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and networking skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable engaging with people in person
• Organized and reliable
• Marketing, outreach, or business development experience and/or degree preferred
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within budget constraints.

Compensation

Compensation is to be determined based on experience and scope.

This is a contract-based role with base pay plus performance incentives.
Compensation may include:

• Base hourly or project-based pay
• Bonuses for partnerships secured
• Incentives for events executed
• Bonuses tied to growth and performance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
