Marketing and Content Manager

Location: Joliet, IL (On-site, with travel to multiple restaurant locations)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Marketing & Content Manager to elevate the visual and digital identity of our restaurants. This person will be responsible for creating and managing engaging, on-brand content across all social media platforms, websites, and digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for menus, events, and promotional campaigns
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business, etc.)
• Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule with visually refined, engaging content
• Create and manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns
• Design and send marketing emails using OpenTable’s marketing tools
• Collaborate with ownership and management to plan promotional campaigns, influencer collaborations, and seasonal content
• Monitor analytics and performance to continuously refine strategies for engagement and reach

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation (restaurant/hospitality experience preferred)
• Proficiency in photography and videography
• Strong knowledge of current trends in digital marketing and social media
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools (OpenTable, Mailchimp, or similar)
• Creative eye for detail, design, and brand consistency
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
