Role Overview

We are seeking a  Marketing & Content Specialist  with a strong blend of creative skill and digital marketing acumen. This role focuses on creating high-quality visual content, managing social media platforms, enhancing our SEO and web presence, and ensuring consistent brand storytelling across all channels. You will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of Da Terra while also driving measurable engagement and showroom traffic.

This position is ideal for someone with a deep appreciation for luxury design, interior aesthetics, and content that sells through elegance and authenticity.


Key Responsibilities

Visual Content Creation

  • Photograph furniture and showroom displays with attention to lighting, angles, and mood.
  • Edit and retouch images for use on Instagram, LinkedIn, website, and brand lookbooks.
  • Produce visual assets for campaigns, including reels, product teasers, banners, and promotional graphics.
  • Collaborate with international brand partners to localize visual content while maintaining global standards.

Social Media Management

  • Own and manage Da Terra’s Instagram and LinkedIn pages.
  • Plan and schedule posts aligned with campaign goals, showroom launches, or events.
  • Engage with design communities, influencers, and prospective clients to grow organic visibility.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content for reach, saves, and conversions.

Content Strategy & SEO

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor benchmarking to inform blog topics, product pages, and showroom content.
  • Write or oversee creation of short-form content (e.g. captions, ads, bios) and long-form blog posts or case studies.
  • Implement basic on-page SEO practices (meta tags, alt text, internal linking) and track rankings.
  • Coordinate with developers or CMS managers to ensure optimized website structure and content layout.

Campaign & Brand Activation

  • Support the launch of new collections and showroom activations with digital and offline campaigns.
  • Prepare visual and written assets for invitations, newsletters, or printed materials for showroom events.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to align messaging with seasonal offers or brand promotions.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn analytics to report on performance.
  • Generate monthly dashboards summarizing key KPIs: engagement, organic traffic, content reach, and lead contributions.
  • Recommend improvements based on data and audience feedback.

Brand Alignment & Internal Collaboration

  • Act as the quality gatekeeper for all published visuals and marketing assets.
  • Ensure all content reflects Da Terra’s luxury aesthetic and brand tone of voice.
  • Collaborate closely with showroom staff, sales teams, and brand representatives to coordinate visuals and campaigns.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, or digital marketing, ideally in a luxury or design-focused environment.

Creative & Technical Skills

  • Proficient in photo editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) and basic design software (Canva, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong photography skills (product/lifestyle/interiors); video editing for social media is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress or similar), SEO tools (SEMrush, Google Search Console), and basic HTML is a plus.

Language

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Arabic language skills are a significant advantage  for engaging with local audiences and regional campaigns.

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
