We are a fast-growing facial plastic surgery practice located in the heart of Newport Beach, specializing exclusively in the face and neck. Our brand is built on refined, natural-looking results, elevated patient care, and luxury-level aesthetics.

We are seeking a creative, driven, and highly detail-oriented Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to lead content creation, social media management, and brand growth across all digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong visual eye, excellent editing skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends, branding, and content strategy within the aesthetics, beauty, or luxury space.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for creating high-quality content, managing social media platforms, supporting marketing initiatives, and helping drive patient engagement and consultation growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Production

  • Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content
  • Film in-office content including procedures, patient journeys, educational videos, and behind-the-scenes moments
  • Edit short-form and long-form content with a clean, elevated, luxury aesthetic
  • Maintain a consistent and strategic content schedule

Social Media Management

  • Manage Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts
  • Schedule, publish, and optimize content for engagement and reach
  • Engage thoughtfully with comments, DMs, and audience interactions
  • Assist with Instagram Live and TikTok Live content

Content Strategy & Marketing

  • Develop weekly and monthly content calendars
  • Identify trends and adapt them to align with a high-end medical brand
  • Collaborate closely with the surgeon on educational and authority-building content
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, compliance standards, and conversion goals

YouTube & Long-Form Content

  • Coordinate filming and publishing of YouTube content
  • Optimize titles, thumbnails, and descriptions
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos and reels

Email Marketing & Promotions

  • Assist with newsletters, campaigns, and patient communications
  • Support promotional and educational outreach efforts

PR, Partnerships & Events

  • Identify influencer and collaboration opportunities aligned with the brand
  • Assist with local partnerships, events, and patient experience initiatives

Analytics & Performance

  • Track engagement, growth, and lead generation metrics
  • Monitor content and campaign performance
  • Provide creative insights based on analytics and performance trends

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience in social media, marketing, or content creation
  • Experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, beauty, luxury, or medical marketing strongly preferred
  • Strong photo/video editing skills (iPhone, CapCut, Adobe, Canva, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube trends
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable filming in a clinical environment
  • Strong visual eye for luxury branding and clean aesthetics
  • Experience with Meta ads, analytics, influencer marketing, or PR is a plus
