Role Overview:

As part of the growing marketing function of Apaz Group and its leading brands Baydöner, Bursa İshakbey, Pide by Pide, Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager will drive the overall brand strategy, oversee internal and external communications, and ensure consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints including digital marketing and CRM. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to elevate our brand and deliver measurable business impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and brand strategies aligned with the company’s overall vision and business objectives.
  • Lead corporate communications efforts; internal communications, external/media communications, reputation management, crisis communications.
  • To design and ensure the implementation of brand positioning,
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels (digital, print, events, packaging, sponsorships).
  • Manage content strategy including storytelling, visual content production, and publishing calendar
  • Build and elevate brand identity, visual world, tone of voice across all channels and in-store connunication (menu visiuals, promotional materials, POS branding)
  • Collaborate with product, sales, creative and agency partners to launch campaigns (both digital anf offline) and brand initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight work to inform strategy.
  • Manage budget for marketing, communications and brand activities; monitor ROI and KPIs.
  • Develop content strategy for social media, website, newsletters and thought leadership.
  • Monitor brand health metrics, track communications performance, produce regular reports and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Build and manage partnerships, sponsorships and events with external agencies, media, and stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across social media, websites, and owned channels
  • Oversee digital media planning (SEO/SEM, performance marketing) and optimize KPIs
  • Own and drive CRM strategy to increase customer loyalty, retention and frequency
  • Make annual and monthly corporate communication and branding plans and budgets
  • Oversee team or external partners/agency relationships and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • University graduate
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing / brand / corporate communications, preferably in QSR, FMCG, retail industries
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams and manage agencies
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Creative thinker with strong storytelling skills and excellent presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools, analytics, digital channels and social media platforms.
  • Having organization, planning and follow through skills
  • Available for business travel
  • Currently living in İzmir or open to relocation
