This role requires daily commute to Hanover, Maryland

Overview of the Role:

As a Marketing Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our outreach efforts, engaging with homeowners at local events and knocking on doors in targeted neighborhoods. This role offers you a unique opportunity to connect with potential customers, promote our exceptional services, and facilitate appointments for our design experts—all while enjoying a dynamic working environment.

What We’re Looking For:

- An energetic, confident, and outgoing personality, with a passion for engaging with people

- Self-motivated and financially driven, comfortable working on a commission basis

- Reliable and open to coaching, eager to learn and develop professionally

- Team-oriented but also able to thrive when working independently

- Experience in customer service, or sales is advantageous, although not essential

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent Capital Remodeling at local events, festivals, and high-traffic venues

- Engage with homeowners to schedule complimentary design consultations

- Conduct door-to-door outreach in selected neighborhoods to generate valuable leads

- Share our brand story and demonstrate how we help people love their homes again

- Serve as a brand ambassador, equipped with the necessary tools and training for success
