About the Job:

The ideal candidate must be passionate, dedicated, engaging, energetic, have high integrity, excellent interpersonal skills and be digitally savvy. They need to be willing to dive in and do everything from program strategy and development, project management, event management, stakeholder management, primary research campaign initiatives, website copy, and support internal product and service offering launches.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Design and deliver marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives tailored to the Capital Markets audience.
• Facilitate internal and client-facing training sessions to enhance engagement and understanding of marketing and AI trends.
• Develop high-quality, visually engaging content using Canva and other creative tools.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to refine messaging and brand positioning.
• Apply AI tools to optimize content creation and performance insights.

What You’ll Bring with You:

• 2+ years of experience ideally within a financial services firm, fintech, or consulting firm.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with business leaders in a detail-oriented, organized and dependable way
• Ability to analyze and present results to leadership and drive engagement amongst leaders
• Experience with Canva and other creative tools
• Project/Product management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate well at all levels of the company
• Possess a high level of integrity and dependability, and a results-orientation
• Be a strategic thinker with ability to drive execution, achieve results and influence effectively
• Bachelor's degree
