Marketing and Operation Coordinator/Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing initiatives and will involve collaborating with various departments to enhance our overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and performance analysis, with a keen understanding of multichannel marketing tactics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and print advertising.
• Assist the business team to provide relevant sales support and pre-sale copywriting.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and support advertising sales initiatives.
• Assist in budgeting for marketing campaigns and monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Leverage tools like Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design needs and WordPress for website management.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Support product management efforts by providing insights into market demands and customer feedback.
• Responsible for completing other work assigned by superiors.

Experience

• Strong knowledge of performance marketing techniques, including Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and best practices for online sales optimization.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content tailored to target audiences.
• Experience using analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform decision-making processes.
• Fluent communication skills in English.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
