Marketing and PR Assistant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Public Relations Executive-Female to manage and enhance the brand image of our three Japanese restaurants (Kofuku- Andheri West, Powai and Kamla Mills). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing PR strategies, managing media relations, and creating engaging content to promote our restaurants across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective PR and communication strategies to enhance brand awareness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and promotional materials.
• Plan and execute PR campaigns, events, and restaurant collaborations.
• Connect with influencers and food bloggers to enhance branding awareness.
• Monitor media coverage and handle crisis communications when necessary.
• Manage social media engagement, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align PR activities with business objectives.
• Analyze PR campaign effectiveness and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in public relations, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
• Strong media relations and networking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create compelling content and press materials.
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing trends.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
