About Us:
Crystalcom Media is a fast-growing brand in commercial LED displays & AV accessories. We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Operations Executive to handle sales coordination, customer support, and basic marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage orders, inventory & logistics coordination.
• Assist walk-in clients & provide product details.
• Maintain customer database & support invoicing/documentation.
• Oversee stock display & samples at store/godown.
• Capture product photos/videos & assist with social media updates.
• Support promotional and marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Business/Marketing/Commerce (preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in sales/operations/marketing (freshers welcome).
• Strong communication, organization & multitasking skills.
• Basic MS Office/Google Workspace knowledge.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹12,000–15,000/month (negotiable).
