Media, Marketing & Sales director with % of sales
We are seeking a Media, Marketing & Sales Director. We are looking for someone that can help grow our business through effective social media, multi-media, tradeshows and direct contact. The position answers to the owner and founder. It is for a person that would enjoy growing a small business into an international cornerstone in industry. This is for someone that is skilled in a wide range of social platforms and software and loves talking with people. We are bringing high technology to an otherwise low tech industry. We will provide the training to understand the tech and make you a specialist in this field. Our goal is that this person will grow with the company and enjoy a long term position with our family business. This position may fit you if you have recently graduated with a degree in marketing and are looking to make your mark on an industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve views and interactions from the focus markets.
  • Develop sales strategies and procedures to move buyers from skepticism through education and into confidence in this new technology.
  • Drive business development by organizing leads that come in and through cold calling and networking.
  • Oversee account management activities to ensure customers questions are answered and that they are supplied with all the information necessary to feel confident about a purchase.
  • Collaborate with the owner to create effective promotional campaigns.
  • Organize and attend trade shows working the crowd to interact with our products.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients to showcase offerings effectively.
  • Coordinate Purchase orders and sales & deliver schedules.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • We desire either a minimum of five years of experience in social media and marketing campaign and sales success stories or some type of industry accomplishment that equates to the same level of experience.
  • A strong desire to work with people from diverse walks of life and in diverse fields of interest. Enjoying the outdoors is a bonus.
  • Skilled in business development, lead generation, account management, and direct sales of high-end products.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and SEO optimization.
  • Good selling skills with a focus on upselling products/services.
  • Ability to perform market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to rapidly adapt to changing business models or market trends.
  • Experience in conducting product demos and engaging clients effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
