Marketing and Sales Coordinator

GeoTel is looking for a self-motivated and creative marketing coordinator to assist with content creation and the digital marketing campaign onsite in Lake Mary, Florida.

• Assist with all social media for the company’s website
• Content Creation, Blog Creation, Email Marketing, etc.
• Video and photo creation and promotion
• Assist with Search Engine Optimization and all aspects of Digital Marketing
• Prepare graphically-driven presentations for clients & attend presentations when needed
• Create, prepare, and assemble marketing brochures and collateral as needed
• Assist with admin tasks as needed
• Assist with data research, development, and QA/QC

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or related field and one year of experience, or an Associate’s Degree with 2 years of experience, is preferred
• Some experience in a related Marketing Coordinator position is preferred
• Any telecom experience is a bonus
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, and Photoshop
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to balance workload, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines with a positive attitude
• Organized, detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have a Florida ID or a Driver's License

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
