Marketing and Sales Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Engineer to grow our customer base and support existing clients in both solar panel sales and rooftop solar projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding of solar products with excellent communication and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new B2B and B2C customers for solar PV modules and rooftop projects.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients, distributors, and EPC partners to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct site visits, system sizing, and basic feasibility discussions for rooftop solar projects.
  • Present company products and technical advantages to potential customers.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to represent the brand.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and new opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
