Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive/Manager to join our growing team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and at least 1 year of experience in business development, client handling, or IT sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various online/offline channels.
  • Communicate effectively with international clients (verbal & written – English is mandatory).
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to deliver client requirements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development or Sales (IT industry preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and team player.

Compensation:

  • Salary + Attractive Commission (Performance-based incentives).

Work Mode:

  • Work from Office only – Rajkot, Gujarat
