Marketing and sales executive

Coordinate with the internal team to prepare and send quotations, performs, and product catalogues to clients.

Maintain accurate records of customer data, inquiries, and order status using CRM tools or Excel sheets.

support the senior sales team in order tracking, dispatch coordination's, and resolving routine customer queries.

Follow up with clients for feedback, payment reminders, and repeat orders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Update marketing databases, manage social media platforms and exhibitions.

Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
