MARKETING AND SALES HEAD

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discuss with Management to create sales targets
  • Execute sales plan along with team to generate planned sales target
  • Expand customer base and company's cliental reach.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver results. Set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
  • Ensure that company’s set targets are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team and / or Individual contribution.
  • Track sales performance and present reports to management.
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs, Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
  • Generate sale & meet monthly targets

Requirements:

  • MBA/Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Five years of experience in managing sales in a corporate or extremely strong proven sales track record
  • Excellent communication skill, Fluency in English
  • Superb leadership ability and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to drive execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
