As a Sales & Marketing Intern at Keynoverse, you will be directly involved in supporting our business expansion efforts, generating leads, executing marketing activities, and assisting the sales team throughout the full client acquisition lifecycle.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to sales operations, digital marketing, client communication, proposal preparation, and market research across Keynoverse’s innovative technology and AI-driven products. The role requires creativity, proactiveness, discipline, and a strong interest in marketing and business growth.
You will work closely with senior management, gaining real-world experience in how modern tech companies market their products, acquire clients, and deliver solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support & Lead Generation
- Identify potential clients through online research, outreach campaigns, and industry databases.
- Assist the sales team in qualifying leads, initiating conversations, and scheduling meetings.
- Maintain and update lead lists, CRM records, and follow-up schedules.
- Support in preparing sales pitches, proposals, and product presentations.
2. Marketing Campaigns & Digital Outreach
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing activities across social media, email, and web channels.
- Create basic marketing content such as posts, captions, brochures, and outreach templates aligned with Keynoverse branding.
- Help run lead-generation campaigns and track their performance.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all materials.
3. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, pricing, and potential client segments.
- Prepare research summaries that support sales strategy and marketing planning.
- Identify emerging opportunities in technology, education, fintech, and enterprise software markets.
4. Client Communication & Coordination
- Assist in communicating with prospects and clients via email, calls, and online meetings under supervision.
- Help prepare documentation such as quotations, contracts, onboarding forms, and product briefs.
- Coordinate internally with technical and operations teams to track client requirements and project progress.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare weekly reports summarizing leads, outreach activities, and marketing results.
- Update management on key metrics, pending tasks, and pipeline status.
- Maintain organized records of all sales and marketing activities.
