Role Overview

The Marketing & Sales Intern will support the Sales and Business Development team in lead generation, marketing activities, client coordination, and market research. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to B2B sales, construction industry marketing, client relationship management, and real-world business development operations.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support

• Help maintain brand consistency across all communication.
• Conduct competitor and market research.

Sales Support

• Assist in lead generation and prospecting activities.
• Support preparation of proposals and quotations.
• Maintain CRM and lead tracking sheets.
• Coordinate with sales executives for client follow-ups.
• Support client meetings, site visits, and presentations when required.

Business Development

• Identify potential developers, consultants, contractors, and projects.
• Support tender documentation and prequalification submissions.
• Assist in preparing business reports and sales analytics.
• Track ongoing opportunities and project pipelines.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in:
• Marketing
• Business Administration
• Sales
• Management
• Engineering (preferred for technical exposure)

Mandatory Requirement

• Valid UAE Driving License (Compulsory)

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (English mandatory, Arabic is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong learning attitude and adaptability
• Confidence in speaking with clients
• Good organizational and documentation skills
• Interest in sales, marketing, and business development
• Social media familiarity (LinkedIn, email marketing tools)
