Marketing and Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to promote JEE & NEET programs.
  • Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational partners for collaborations.
  • Lead student acquisition drives, seminars, and workshops to generate enrollments.
  • Identify new business opportunities and target markets to increase market penetration.
  • Manage lead generation, follow-ups, counseling, and conversion of inquiries to admissions.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide inputs for business strategy.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets aligned with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with academic and operations teams to ensure student satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in marketing and sales within the JEE/NEET coaching industry.
  • Strong network with schools, coaching institutes, and educational consultants.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a competitive market.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, and MS Office is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
