Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to promote JEE & NEET programs.
- Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational partners for collaborations.
- Lead student acquisition drives, seminars, and workshops to generate enrollments.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets to increase market penetration.
- Manage lead generation, follow-ups, counseling, and conversion of inquiries to admissions.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide inputs for business strategy.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets aligned with organizational goals.
- Work closely with academic and operations teams to ensure student satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in marketing and sales within the JEE/NEET coaching industry.
- Strong network with schools, coaching institutes, and educational consultants.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a competitive market.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, and MS Office is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
