Key Responsibilities
A. Strategic Sales & Marketing Management
- Develop annual sales and marketing plans aligned with the park’s business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with schools, corporates, and travel agencies to drive group sales and partnerships.
- Manage sales pipelines and ensure timely achievement of monthly and annual targets.
B. Revenue Growth & Business Development
- Lead initiatives to increase ticket sales, memberships, and group bookings.
- Negotiate and close corporate deals, sponsorships, and seasonal promotions.
- Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies across waterpark services, including F&B, retail, and events.
C. Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Oversee marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events) to increase brand visibility.
- Manage social media platforms, online presence, and engagement strategies.
- Develop seasonal promotions, special offers, and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
D. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Supervise the Sales & Marketing team, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, and HR to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events.
- Represent the waterpark at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
E. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with UAE laws and cultural standards.
- Prepare and present monthly sales reports, forecasts, and ROI analyses to management.
- Monitor budget utilization and optimize marketing spend effectively.
3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of monthly/annual revenue targets.
- Growth in corporate accounts and partnerships.
- ROI on marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Increase in online engagement and digital reach.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
4. Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 6 years’ proven experience in marketing and sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within leisure, hospitality, or entertainment industries.
- Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency an advantage.
