Job Description – Marketing Manager

Job Title:

Marketing Manager – Second-hand and New Clothing Sector

Location: Al Hamriyah Free Zone Phase 2

All countries that rely on the second-hand clothing market, with a particular focus on provinces.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to open and operate clothing sales branches across multiple provinces.

2. Conduct regular market research to analyze consumer behavior and identify the most in-demand clothing categories.

3. Design and execute marketing campaigns (advertisements, promotions, field activities, exhibitions).

4. Build a network of local distributors and agents to ensure wider market coverage.

5. Develop relationships with traders and shop owners, offering flexible and competitive deals.

6. Monitor sales performance and prepare analytical reports for senior management.

7. Lead the sales team and provide training on advanced selling and persuasion techniques.

8. Monitor market prices and develop pricing policies to maximize profitability and competitiveness.

9. Coordinate with management and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the clothing or consumer goods sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the clothing market (regions, seasons, demand trends).
  • Proven ability in strategic planning and building successful teams.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a solid network of local traders.
  • Proficiency in both traditional and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities in a competitive environment.
