About the Role
As an Online Sales Executive at Al Haramain Perfumes, you will be responsible for driving digital sales performance, enhancing customer engagement, and managing B2C and B2B online sales channels. You will play a key role in expanding our digital footprint and strengthening online customer relationships while ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow online sales channels, including company websites, marketplaces, and social media platforms.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly B2C and B2B online sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and distributors to secure bulk and corporate orders.
- Engage with customers online through live chats, emails, and calls to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute online sales campaigns and promotions.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for management review.
- Monitor inventory levels for online sales and coordinate with supply chain and retail teams.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated with digital sales trends, competitor activities, and market insights to recommend growth strategies.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in online sales, preferably in retail, perfumes, or FMCG sector.
- Previous experience with corporate sales and key account management is an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Social Media Ads, SEO/SEM) is a plus.
