Sales Manager – Real Estate

`Ajman, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Sales Team. The successful candidate will have a proven background in real estate sales management, strong leadership skills, and experience working with agents, brokers, and partnerships within the UAE real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, mentor, and motivate the Sales Team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

· Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through indirect channels.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, and partners.

· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

· Analyze sales data to optimize performance and guide decision-making.

· Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

· Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum 8 years of sales experience in real estate (developer, brokerage, or timeshare), with at least 4 years in a managerial role.

· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
