Looking for:  Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Location:  Bangalore, India

Job Summary:

Nobel Systems is seeking a creative and organized Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to manage the company’s digital presence and develop engaging marketing materials. This role will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms, designing brochures, and developing marketing collateral to support business development and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to grow engagement and brand visibility on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter).
  • Plan, create, and schedule regular posts including graphics, videos, and written content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create brochures, presentations, flyers, case studies, and other marketing materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and collateral.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics for campaigns and social media engagement.
  • Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, and other outreach efforts.
  • Research industry trends and competitor activities to keep content relevant and fresh.
  • Support the planning and promotion of events, conferences, and product launches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management and marketing material development.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing best practices preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling.
