About the position
We are looking for a Regional Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing digital marketing strategies at a regional level, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's overall objectives. You will play a key role in optimizing our online presence and engaging customers.

Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule content for social media, email marketing, and web updates
  • Assist with digital campaigns and paid advertising in coordination with an external marketing agency.
  • Manage vendor advertising requests, sponsorships, and process related invoices and payments accurately.
  • Support copywriting for posts, email announcements, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain the company website with basic updates using WordPress/Elementor.
  • Monitor social media engagement, track campaign performance, and compile monthly reports.
  • Assist with events, trade shows, photo shoots, and marketing project logistics.
  • Maintain organized marketing files, brand assets, and vendor agreements.
  • Stay current on industry trends and recommend new content ideas.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • At least one year of experience in marketing, social media, communications, or a related role
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required
  • Proficiency with Canva and basic Adobe Creative applications
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress or similar web content tools
  • Strong written communication, attention to detail, and organization skills

Additional Requirements

  • Must have knowledge of WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative and CRM applications.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with strong organization and time management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics tools is a plus.
