Marketing & Social Media Specialist

The Marketing & Social Media Specialist will play a key role in Senfeng’s brand growth and market expansion by increasing brand visibility, strengthening online presence, and driving customer engagement and conversion through high-quality content.

This role is responsible for the overall management of the company’s social media presence, content strategy execution, and digital marketing support. The ideal candidate is creative, highly motivated, and execution-focused, with the ability to produce engaging content that aligns with industry trends and business goals.

This position reports directly to the General Manager.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and collaborate with industry influencers, KOLs, and content creators to execute live-stream selling and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan and create high-quality content, including copywriting, graphic design, photography, and short video production.
  • Develop and manage a structured content calendar to ensure consistent brand communication.
  • Work closely with sales and internal teams to highlight customer stories, product features, and company updates.
  • Monitor and engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages, strengthening community interaction and brand loyalty.
  • Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion, etc.) and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Design marketing materials for campaigns and events, including digital posters and promotional visuals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and new social media strategies to continuously improve performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand communications.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize content performance based on insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, social media trends, and the mechanical/manufacturing industry.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in industrial equipment, machinery, or manufacturing industries.
  • Experience in live-stream commerce or influencer/KOL marketing.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Constant Contact).
  • Basic video editing and photography skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (preferred).
