Overview:
HR Ways is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing & University Relations Associate to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage university placements and build relationships with career offices.
- Handle client and candidate engagement, including collecting Google & Clutch reviews.
- Create job posts, marketing content, and employer branding material.
- Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns.
- Manage basic SEO and paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, social media).
- Write emails, scripts, and communication content for internal and external use.
- Contribute to video content creation (reels, brand awareness videos) — must be comfortable on camera.
- Support website content (landing pages, service descriptions).
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing and communication initiatives.
- Assist in event/activation planning (e.g., job fairs, corporate events, university drives).
Requirements
- 6 months - 1 year experience
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of SEO, ads, and digital marketing
- Confident personality with on-camera presence
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Experience: 6 months - 1 years
- Work Timings: 9 am - 5pm
- Working Days: Monday - Friday
- Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days WFO)
Work Location: In person
