We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various marketing initiatives, contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, as you will assist in driving brand awareness and engagement through effective marketing campaigns.
Duties
- Assist in the creation and implementation of multichannel marketing strategies, including digital, print, and social media campaigns.
- Conduct research to identify market trends and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Support SEO efforts by optimizing website content and monitoring performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with the team on content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, email newsletters, and advertising sales materials.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design graphics and promotional materials for various campaigns.
- Assist in managing e-commerce platforms and ensure product listings are optimized for search visibility.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaign processes and enhance lead generation efforts.
- Monitor performance marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Help maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and user-friendly.
Experience
- Proven experience or coursework in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools such as Google AdWords is a plus.
- Understanding of social media marketing strategies across platforms like Facebook Advertising.
- Experience with copywriting for various formats including email marketing campaigns and print advertising.
- Knowledge of analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate reports.
- Basic understanding of HTML is beneficial for website management tasks.
