Marketing Assistant

Technical Knowledge Required:

  • Expert on social media platforms – Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube
  • Expert on providing insight reports on social media channels
  • Expert on research of competitors, current news, market trends and updates
  • Expert on Canva (post designs, banner designs and video editing)
  • Expert on Video editing for social media – iMovies, Capcut, inshort, etc
  • Expert on ChatGPT and prompts
  • Expert in MS Office – Word, Excel, Power point etc.
  • Expert and fluent in English language – reading, writing, speaking and listening
  • Expert and outgoing in collaborations, networking and business listing

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Coordination

  • Oversee and manage all brand websites (IBA, FBP, F4MG, QA, NLJ, RCBI, eVisa and Apply2Qualify), ensuring they are regularly updated and aligned with brand standards.
  • Perform daily checks on website functionality, ensuring all links, forms, and features are working properly.
  • Write content for the existing websites
  • Make sure to add new content, services, and images to the websites as per the marketing strategy with the Web Developer
  • Implement changes such as adding new products, services, or features to enhance user experience with the Developer.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure that the websites reflect the latest branding, trends, and functionality.
  • Lead the creation of new websites for upcoming service providers.
  • Managing the project from concept to launch.
  • Coordinate with developers, designers, and content teams to ensure the timely delivery of new websites that meet all brand and business requirements.
  • Creation and updating of landing pages and microsite for Agents and Sub-Franchise respectively.
  • Check all content for the website, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and is free from errors.

2. Blogs

  • Write blogs based on the marketing calendar.
  • Give blog to the Web Team to upload on Website.

3. Community Management – IBA, F4MG

  • Manage enquiries on social media channels and respond with adequate replies.
  • Check reviews on Trust Pilot, Google Reviews, send the screenshot to documentation team and respond with adequate replies.
  • Any related Facebook groups and keep checking if we have got any query.
  • Send enquiry form links to the leads.
  • In case of escalation, share the conversation in client coordination group.
  • Work closely with the team for email marketing and Newsletters.

4. Email Marketing

  • Send Mass Emails to Zoho Leads
  • News and updates to B2C/ B2B
  • Newsletters on between 1st to 5th of Every Month.
  • Pass all the above mails to Documentation Team to send to respective existing clients.

5. Youtube

  • Upload all videos on Channels
  • Organize the channels.
  • Work to boost the relevant Channel(s)
  • Work with the team for reels, shorts, thumbnails, podcasts, videos to be edited but uploaded and description to be written on the channels.
  • Maintain and update the youtube channels.

6. Campaign Receivables

  • To track on the Campaign performance to increase/decrease budget on existing Campaigns.
  • Check quality of Campaigns with the least reports generated.
  • Coordinate with the team to get new campaigns sorted.

7. AD Hoc

  • Remind Boss on his calendar
  • Assist in Boss Video Shoots
  • Coordinator between all Marketing Team
  • Research and update on Australian Immigration News
  • Overlook the Training Portal
  • Overlook Success Portal with all Websites.

8. Email Monitoring and Overlooking

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
