About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient with property listing portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder, have a good grasp of Canva and social media management, and be a fast learner capable of adapting quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Add and manage property listings on Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder
• Manage leads generated from social media platforms and other marketing campaigns
• Follow up with leads and coordinate with real estate agents for updates.
• Reassign leads on CRM
• Help monitor and report on campaign performance
• Maintain records of lead interactions and follow-ups
• Support overall marketing team initiatives as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience using Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
• Proficient in Canva and basic graphic design
• Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Fast learner with the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
