Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves staying organized, and enjoys being involved in a wide range of marketing activities.
As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our marketing director and sales teams to execute campaigns, manage content, and support brand initiatives that drive engagement and growth. You’ll help coordinate social media posts, email campaigns, promotional events, and track performance metrics to ensure we’re reaching our goals.
The ideal candidate is creative, resourceful, and eager to learn, with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping a brand connect with its audience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Support content marketing efforts by creating engaging visual content using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Conduct research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and gather insights for performance marketing initiatives.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
- Collaborate with the team on B2B marketing projects and e-commerce strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance and generate reports.
- Help maintain the company website using WordPress and ensure content is up-to-date and optimized for search engines.
- Assist in budgeting processes for various marketing activities and track expenditures effectively.
- Assist in captions for social media platforms, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube etc.
- Assist in scheduling social media posts, and campaign emails.
- Some customer service skills.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, and multichannel strategies.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, PS, AI, Lightroom Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, In Design, 2D/3D Animation/Cartoon Illustration for graphic design tasks is preferred.
- Knowledge of HTML is beneficial for website management tasks.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail in creating compelling content.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and performance metrics to evaluate campaign success.

- Ability to travel out of state within the US for trade shows and events. (Events are scheduled and planned in advance, but some events may fall on weekends).
- Set up/Tear down at events, event plans, and recording for content purposes.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
