Marketing Assistant

Job Summary
We're looking for a creative and motivated Part-Time Marketing Assistant to join our concierge team. In this role, you'll help promote our services, manage social media, create marketing materials, and support client engagement initiatives. This role will support the execution of marketing campaigns, assist in the development of promotional materials, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email, and print advertising.
• Conduct research to identify market trends and customer preferences to inform marketing decisions.
• Support SEO efforts by optimizing website content and ensuring best practices are followed.
• Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
• Collaborate with the team on content marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Utilize Google Analytics to track campaign performance and generate reports for analysis.
• Help with copywriting for various marketing materials, including advertisements, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate advertising sales efforts and assist in budget management for marketing projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as performance marketing, and email marketing.
• Proficient in using WordPress for website management; knowledge of HTML is a plus.
• Experience with Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
• Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail in written communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
