Marketing Coordinator / Assistant
Full-Time | In-Person | Horsham, PA

Acre Windows & Doors is seeking a Marketing Coordinator/Assistant to join our team. This is a diverse, hands-on role where you’ll manage day-to-day marketing tasks, help run campaigns, and represent our brand both online and in person.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage social media posting, including Reels, stories, and videos.
  • Design marketing materials in Canva for email, social, and print.
  • Take ownership of email campaigns (Mailchimp or similar): newsletters, automation, reporting.
  • Coordinate direct mail campaigns (design, production, and mailing logistics).
  • Write blog posts and update website content to support SEO and lead generation.
  • Coordinate multichannel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising (Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising), and print advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to optimize future efforts.
  • Create and schedule Google My Business updates to boost local visibility.
  • Visit customer job sites to capture photos, videos, and testimonials.
  • Collect and organize customer testimonials for marketing use.
  • Support consultants and the marketing director by taking meeting notes and tracking projects.
  • Research new marketing opportunities (events, partnerships, publications).
  • Assist with answering phones and providing friendly customer support as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or content creation experience.
  • Strong Canva skills and confidence creating video content.
  • Experience with email automation tools like Mailchimp.
  • Excellent writing skills for blogs, email, and web copy.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable working in-office full time and occasionally traveling locally for job site visits.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required.

What We Offer
