Marketing Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will support various marketing initiatives and campaigns, contributing to the overall success of our marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a strong focus on digital marketing, content creation, and performance analysis.

Duties

• Assist in the development and execution of multichannel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, and print advertising.
• Conduct research to identify market trends and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Create engaging content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
• Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic traffic.
• Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Support advertising sales efforts through the creation of compelling ad copy and visuals using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with the team on B2B marketing initiatives and e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth.
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Assist in managing budgets for marketing projects while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Help coordinate product management tasks related to marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in digital marketing concepts including performance marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, WordPress, HTML, and marketing automation platforms is preferred.
• Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail in written communication.
• Experience in managing social media platforms and understanding of multichannel marketing strategies is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
