Marketing Assistant

WINTER Refrigeration is currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE, to support our marketing and business development activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies and vendors for marketing materials.
• Manage company social media accounts and digital platforms to increase brand visibility.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Support in organizing exhibitions, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role (fresh graduates may also apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
