Job Title: Marketing Assistant

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Marketing Assistant to join our team at TANSAM. The selected candidate will assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives, coordinating events, and engaging with clients, partners, and vendors. This role involves regular travel within Chennai to support on-ground marketing and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research and collect feedback to support marketing strategies.
• Visit clients, vendors, and event venues across Chennai as part of campaign activities.
• Support social media and digital marketing operations.
• Coordinate logistics for exhibitions, workshops, and outreach programs.
• Maintain marketing records, reports, and promotional materials.
• Work closely with the marketing and communication team to ensure smooth execution of activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA in Marketing or related specialization preferred.
• Freshers are welcome; internship experience in marketing, sales, or event coordination will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms.
• Professional attitude, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel within TamilNadu for marketing and coordination activities.

Job Type & Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday to Saturday (Day Shift)
• Travel within TamilNadu required
